Private sessions are where you and Jessica will do a deep dive into your particular challenges and have a game plan for you each week to work on, take action, and build positive momentum.

Group sessions will be on Thursdays at 1pm EST and will always be recorded for the group.

Group sessions are for support, encouragement, sharing wins, talking about specific topics or challenges that arise within the group and for the women to get to know each other on a more intimate basis.
